After the login to the single view screen, no matter how many times you click on the play button, you can only see STOP showning up on the top. (Note: This bug is only on the earlier verison of 6.05)

Solution: To fix this error, you have to reinstall video codec.

Go to http://208.57.226.44/netZeye/Download/8.1/codec.exe

and download the codec again.
