Problem: How to install PCI Express on Windows Vista?

	1) Before installing Windows Vista, make sure not plug in the PCI-E card in the system until finishing loading up the windows. Otherwise, windows installation cannot be finished and system will freeze up at the end of installation.
	2) Plug in the power cable on the PCI-E card. Then, run the V8.12 CD and install the driver and software.
